AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE ANNUALLY TO THE WARREN WASHINGTON ISSAQUENA SHARKEY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY (WWISCAA); AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County may contribute to the Warren Washington Issaquena Sharkey Community Action Agency (WWISCAA) from any available funds a sum of money not exceeding Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1998, and ending September 30, 1999, and a sum of money not exceeding Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1999, and ending September 30, 2000, and each fiscal year thereafter through the fiscal year ending September 30, 2003.

SECTION 2. This act shall be repealed from and after September 30, 2003.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
